Putting a Face To a Name

Aaron Creech Sr.

CEO and president with over 19 years of experience. He is a jack of all trades. Most knowledgeable attributes is in wastewater and sales. He is a 5th generation to the Daytona Beach area. He Currently holds class A CDL license with tanker endorsement. He currently holds a conservation certificate with the county of Volusia. Daily job description is delegation staff to individual assignments to best serve our customers needs as well as dealing directly with the customer. He leads our efforts in sales and is a proud father of two boys and happily married for 16 years to his wife, Lowry.

Lowry Creech

Co-Owner and office manager with over 13 years of experiences, she is the glue that holds it all together. Her most knowledgeable attributes is accounting and personal relations. She handles the day to day office endeavors as well as connecting directly to the customers. She is a native to the Daytona Beach area and a proud mother of two children, a loving wife, and an adamant business woman.

Pete Bielenda

Field Manager with over 11 years of experience and is also a jack of all trades. He is a native of New York but has been currently residing in Port Orange for the last 21 years. His most knowledgeable attributes are solid waste and driver assignments. He caries a class A CDL license, a skilled mechanic, and he is a excellent heavy equipment operator. His day to day activities consist of correlating times and location with customers and dealing with driver assignments. He is a husband and proud father of two girls.

Karl Keifer

He is one of our seasoned drivers with over 5 years of experience in the solid waste industry. He is a native to the Daytona Beach area and he currently has a class A CDL liscense. His mostly knowledgeable attributes are his driving skills and heavy machine operating skills. His docile demeanor, passion for work ethic, customer satisfaction, and professionalism makes our customers love him. Karl has a wonderful wife and is a proud father of a daughter.

Nate Hall

Nate is our newest driver with over 3 years in the waste industry. He is a native to the Daytona Beach area and he holds a class B CDL license. His most knowledgeable attributes are being a skilled driver and machine operator. With his "How can I help you?" approach our customers have the confidence and assurance that the job is going the be done right. Nate has a beautiful fiancé and step son.

Chris Holcomb

Chris has over 2 years experience in fabrication and is our man behind the scenes making sure every roll off container is in good working condition. Chris is a native to the Tampa Bay area, and has a certificate in CAD and is a certified fire fighter. He handles our wielding repair and any fabrication work that needs to be achieved.

6th generation native to the Daytona Beach area, he is the newest recruit to our staff, Learning the ends and outs of the family business. Currently still in school working part time in the fabrication shop and recycling operations. With strong work ethic and humor he makes the work day more enjoyable.
